Jeremy Rafidia is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of IL. Jeremy works with arhome realty and consults clients on residential and retail properties. Jeremy focuses on value-add properties that provide investors an opportunity to increase their returns and build long term sustainable income.

Jeremy’s academic career began at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance. While in college, Jeremy served as a board member for both business and entrepreneur groups. Upon graduating, Jeremy joined a highly reputable firm providing insurance benefits to ultra-high net worth clientele. Knowing that his passion was in real estate, Jeremy left the insurance business and began his journey to help clients in the real estate industry.

Jeremy took his expertise to the commercial real estate industry where he began to work directly with commercial real estate investors. Jeremy has helped open, operate, and sell multiple businesses in the hospitality and retail space and has directly managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial property. Jeremy understands first-hand the many issues that investors and property owners face. His experience in construction, management, finance, and sales give him a unique perspective on how to assist clients.

Aside from helping investors achieve their portfolio goals, Jeremy has a wide range of interests. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, and Chicago sports. On a nice day off in the summer, you can find him on the golf course or in the bleachers at a Cubs game.
